The official website of Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san has announced that the Tagaki anime series will get the second season. The official title chosen for the sequel to this anime sequel is Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san 2. This anime will air this summer in July 2019.
This anime will be done again by Shin-ei Animation studio, the staff who were previously involved in making the first season will also be back working on this anime. Seiyuu from Takagi and Nishikata's characters has also been confirmed to be filled again by Rie Takahashi and Yuki Kaji.
The story of this anime still about the slice of life of middle school student named Takagi who likes to do ignorant acts on her classmate, Nishikata. Making Nishikata keep trying to find ways to be able to repay Takagi's ignorant deeds.
The Karakai Jouzu no Takagi-san anime was adapted from the same titled manga written by Souchiro Yamamoto. The first season was aired in the winter of 2018.
